Family reunification form

For these types of permits, the law allows family reunification even if
the document has a validity of less than 1 year (according to GEO 194/2002, art. 46
paragraph 6).

ICT permit or “mobile ICT”:

For these types of permits, the law allows family reunification even if
the document has a validity of less than 1 year (according to OUG 194/2002, art. 46
paragraph 6).

I am the parent of the Romanian citizen or his/her spouse:

Reunification is only allowed for the parents (first degree relatives in ascending line) of the Romanian citizen or his/her spouse.

I am the parent of a minor Romanian citizen, who is under my care or to whom I pay maintenance:

Proof is required that the minor is under your care or that you have a legal obligation to pay maintenance — and that this obligation is regularly respected.

I am a family member of a Romanian citizen and have the right of residence in another EU
state in this capacity:

You can apply for a reunification visa if you have legal status as a family member of a Romanian
citizen in another EU member state (e.g. residence in France as a spouse of a Romanian
citizen).
